Pelican Villa Rental costs (£)
Villa is rented on a self-catering basis. Deposit of 25% to confirm the booking.
Minimum 7 nights rental. Additional nights pro rata. Discount for bookings of 10 days or more.
High Season (mid December to April) from £3,800 for up to four guests for seven nights.
Low Season (May to mid December) from £2,800 + electricity for up to four guests for seven nights.
Includes: all resort sporting and leisure facilities, bed linens and towels for the week, fresh beach and pool towels each day. Mid stay housekeeping service.
Additional costs payable directly to the Club (US$) on check-out:
Resort fee of US$24 per day per family
Tourist levy of US$5 per person per night
Optional:
Guests may wish to sign up on arrival to the St James all inclusive package which includes all meals and drinks. The daily cost is US$135 per adult and US$75 per child under the age of 12. Sign up for a minimum of three consecutive days.
